Stuff...

A few things I'd like to say...

I wouldn't say I'm a huge TV person but I am really enjoying a lot of shows at the moment.

They are all American shows.

There doesn't seem to be ANY great English shows anymore...apart from  The inbetweeners.

You probably watch some of these already..but if you don't...

Big bang theory

How I met your mother

Modern family (my absolute favourite!!!)
Dexter

House

New Girl

They are all fantastic shows but Modern Family is THE best. If you haven't seen it already you really should, everyone can relate to someone in that show.

Lost is an amazing series to watch if you have a lot of time on your hands..it will blow your mind.

It snowed again last night. Not as bad as last week but still a good coverage.

I am itching for Spring days.

I want to get outside and begin sowing seeds for Summer growing.

This year I am planning on doing a wall of Sweet Peas...i'm hoping it will look and smell great!
This wall...picture taken a few years back!

It will be so pretty!

What are your plans for Valentines Day?

I know a lot of people think of it as a commercialised day. It is essentially.

Over the years I've realised that I need things to look forward to. Not just Christmas and my birthday (which are both in the same month!).

So we are doing a little something to celebrate it. Not even sure what yet but we'll do something.
I'm going to do a little baking for Ian. He doesn't really read my blog so it's okay for me to share with you what I'm baking.

I got this cutter for Christmas.

I thought it would be perfect to use for the 'day of love'...I think it symbolises how we 'fit' together.

I found this shop on Etsy a year or so ago.

I finally ordered something from there!

I bought this print...

It is so pretty and happy.

I had a hard time choosing out of all of Katie Daisys beautiful prints.

They really make me want to draw and paint...

I'm now awaiting eagerly each time the postman comes along each day!

  2. I am the same, I can't wait to get started on planting some seeds. I have planted sweet pea's now for a few years, I am going to get them started indoors within the next few weeks. They are really worth while doing..they make lovely cut flowers and smell amazing. I usually pinch the tops off as well (once they get three-four true leaves), this will make them bushier.
The prints are just lovely..such great messages and bright sunny colours.
Glad to have found your blog..I am a new follower :)

  3. Hello,
I visited your blog today - I saw you on 'my summerhouse.' Your blog is lovely. I think the puzzle cookie cutter is wonderful. I really like some the sayings that you have on here, especially "Be Kind To Others" and "Be Filled With Joy." Me and my daughters started a blog, and we would love it if you could visit us and follow. I would enjoy coming back to visit with you. Your blog is very colorful and cheerful to me. I hope to hear from you, and have a sweet day.

  4. Cool cookie cutter. Love the art prints also. Must show the prints to the hubs and persuade him to get me a belated Valentine's gift.
