First Driving Lesson

I've just got home from my first driving lesson!

It's something that has been on my mind for a long time. It took a lot of courage to actually book a lesson. Last week I took a leap of faith a booked one (and spent the whole week dreading FRIDAY worrying..) but the first one is now out of the way.

I wore my lucky bracelet. I'm not even sure why I see it as 'lucky' but I thought I need all the help I could get!

I stalled the car lots of times, got my feet all muddled up and got the gears confused but I actually drove : )

Hopefully it gets better in time and I can start to feel confident in myself.

Now I can relax a little and enjoy my weekend.

The plan is to work out (get rid of all that stress)

Paint my nails a happy colour.

Make Rocky Road.

Go to Ikea to possibly buy a few of these...
I've seen a few bloggers who have them on display. They come in soft pinks and beige and would be perfect for ice cream or milkshakes.

The giveaway has now ended so thank you to everyone that entered! I will announce the winner on Monday : )

  1. Well done hun! I remember my first one (all those years ago!) and being rather scared and excited all rolled into one.

You enjoy your weekend, sounds like it will be a fun one too.

  3. Woop woop!! Well done you for having the courage to take lessons. It took me ages to learn and I passed second time but I got there in the end. One day it will click and you'll be fine!

I definitely think you need to buy those cups from Ikea - I have some and they really are lovely. You deserve them (they're cheap as chips too).

    Have a great weekend lovely.
