Level 2 Of The 30 Day Shred

So today I finished Level 2 (20 days overall) of the 30 day shred. Woop woop! I'm so proud of myself! We are now on a home run and it will be over. I have to admit i'm really enjoying it. I don't feel myself if I haven't done it and like I said before you feel amazing afterwards.

In my opinion Level 2 was less of a chore than level 1, that's not to say it is any easier though. The different circuits just seem a little more fun (who'd of thought I'd call exercise fun?!). Ian has been doing the occasional day with me and he has found it challenging. It has been better doing it together as we encourage each other to not give up when the last few squats seem like a killer!

Physically i'm feeling a lot more energised and less sluggish. My mum has said a few times that I am looking thinner so that is great! Hopefully at the end of Level 3 I will be able to notice it too. I've never got as far as Level 3 but I can imagine it will be intense! I am dreading it. Has anyone ever completed this program? What was it like for you?

I'll give you an update once i'm finished!
