Today's #BEDN post is about relaxation. Last night was so relaxing,..we turned off the TV & the computer. We lit a few candles, turned some fairly lights on, played a little Christmas music and just talked . Perfect. I could feel my body relax right away.
If you struggle to relax try stepping away from technology and loud noise for a while. It can make a world of difference. Some cosy PJ's and a comfy chair are also a must!
