Triple Chocolate Cookies

It would be rude not to share this cookie recipe with you. A good homemade chewy cookie is hard to come by so when I tried this triple chocolate delight I knew it would be another recipe to add to my favourites.

I orginally found it through Youtuber Tanya Burr and since then it's been shared by many so I wont go into the whole recipe but you can find it hereIt's a huge cookie, chewy on the inside and crisp around the edges with melted chocolate chunks in the middle. Perfect with a hot cup of tea!

What are you enjoying baking at the moment? Now that there are little signs of spring in the air I feel like baking a Lemon cake.

Happy Friday!

Happy Friday : )  As tiresome as the working week has been, the weekend seems to roll around so quickly. Today I just wanted to share with you a few snaps from my phone that are highlights from the past week or so.

Lighter evenings are being welcomed with open arms. It was so nice driving home from work with this beautiful sunset.

Valentines treats from Ian. We don't go all out but we do like to celebrate. Flowers, homemade dinner, popcorn, chocolates and our favourite Disney movie.

We are lucky to work in the beautiful town Berkhamsted. Most lunchtimes we venture off for a walk to stretch our legs after a long morning in the office. There are plenty of shop to mooch about in and some lovely spots to eat lunch. Roll on the Spring time!

Lake walks. There seems to be a few good walks around my parents new area. There are various sizes depending on how energised you are and most of them have a pub at end of each loop...big bonus!

What are your plans for the weekend? We're going for a drive to research potential areas to house hunt in. My grandparents are coming to stay for a night or two so it will be nice to catch up with them. We might even make a start on the vegetable patches!

Happy Friday!
